The coach of that team is a well know guy in our area Jerry Domishso I was looking forward to the opportunity to be on the ice with him and his team. Most of the drills he ran were the same or similar to drills we run at our practice, but the big difference was the size of the players and the intensity levels. A positionally sound hockey player could be physically slower than every player on the ice, but by being in the right spot and making the right plays he could still have an advantage over the fastest player on the ice. In this edition of Chalk-Talk, we introduce layered or combination drills for Peewee to Midget-aged players where they utilize multiple skills in game-like situations. These drills provide an opportunity for players to understand and reinforce when and where to use the technical and tactical skills taught in practice. One of the biggest challenges for coaches is not only to provide a solid foundation of technical skills in practice and repetition but at the same time provide game-like drills and situations.

Position is required to perform duties with limited supervision and will be required to make significant independent decisions. Individual will direct and manage all Customer Service and Retail Sales as well as create strategic plans to increase student engagement within arena programming. Position will be involved with all budgeting and reporting as required.
